It’s hard to believe, but in May 2008 the multi-talented, youthful Hans Blum will celebrate his 80th birthday. He has an impressive repertoire of about 800 songs.
As a gifted writer and composer he is responsible for evergreens like “Beiss nicht gleich in jeden Apfel”(Wencke Myhre),”Harlekin” (Siw Malmquist”,”Zucker im Kaffee”(Eric Sylvester),”Das schöne Mädchen von Seite Eins”(Howard Carpendale), “El Lute”(Boney M) and the unforgotten “Zigeunerjunge” (Alexandra). Hans Blum was not only successful as an author he is also very well known as the singer Henry Valentino and songs like “Im Wagen vor mir” are often played on radio and tv. His new version of ”Engel in Palermo 2008”, produced with a young team in Austria, provides full dance-floors at parties and is still in the ‘Discotheken-Charts’ of Germany and Austria.
With the new Henry Valentino-Album “ Meine schönsten Melodien” we release his most beautiful melodies including “Im Wagen vor mir”, ”Charly Brown”, “Engel in Palermo 2008” and “Lieber mal aus Liebe” a wonderful musical declaration of love.
